At Our Place or Yours

At Our Place
All ‘At Our Place’ sessions are performed at STAC FITNESS CENTER, 5275 D.T.C. Parkway, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111. 

ABOUT THE ‘STUDIO’:
You’ll be training at an exclusive facility that’s utilized solely for one-on-one training sessions.
Pay NO membership fees, and sign NO contracts.
The location couldn’t be more convenient. We’re centrally located, just off I-25 & Belleview.
We have fully stocked male and female locker rooms (facilities and supplies that make it possible to incorporate sessions into your workday).


At Yours
In-home personal training is available within a 20 minute travel radius of the Denver Tech Center. Other locations may be available but will carry a premium. No equipment is required, Body Shop will provide everything you need, but if you have equipment, it will be incorporated into your session.
