Jason SpurlockJason Spurlock
Certified Personal Trainer

Jason has 7 years experience in the rehabilitation and training field. He has a long history of coaching high school wrestling athletes, as well as, training adults whose goals range from recovering from chemo-therapy to preparing for mixed martial arts events. He fundamentally believes that having fun is the key to being consistent in your training. Jason excels in ‘Functional Fitness’- the ability to take your accomplishments in the gym to the real world. He teaches the basics and benefits of Stability and Core Conditioning to those who are looking to restore alignment, to gain strength and balance, and to build a competitive edge on their golf game or snowboarding skills.

Lauren CondellLauren Condell
Certified Personal Trainer

Lauren brings a variety of disciplines necessary for pursuing your fitness regime. She has an extensive background in gymnastics, dance, aerobics, and yoga. Lauren’s attention to detail and enthusiastic personality, along with her genuine care for her clientele, make her an excellent trainer. Lauren combines weights, cardio, and plyometrics to super charge her personalized workouts to the next level. She promotes consistency, determination, and variety. She enjoys clients that are sincere in making a change and seeing results. Her passion for fitness serves as an inspiration to her clients and helps them learn how to love the journey rather than the destination.

Kyle Henry
Certified Personal Trainer

Kyle is a Weight Loss and Body Fat Reduction Specialist, as well as a Muscle Mass Building Specialist (for the acquisition of lean muscle, size, muscular symmetry, and/or body building). In his years of professional personal training he has perfected the art of designing a customized program for each client, by developing the most effective strategy to achieve the results needed. With just over 5 years experience coaching wrestling, football, and baseball athletes, paired with a prestigious degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, he excels in both adolescent and adult Athletic Conditioning. During his internship at a rehabilitation center for cancer patients, Kyle learned to treat those who are battling and have battled cancer. He performed advanced skills, such as, immune system recovery and strength building exercises. Kyle is aware and sensitive, and with these qualities is able to help his clients become more dedicated and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.

Stephanie Frakes
Certified Personal Trainer

Stephanie's exciting, creative, and challenging workouts will provide you with the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. She will help you understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. Stephanie's individualized program will help you gain strength, develop better body awareness, prevent and/or recover from injuries, increase health and wellness and enhance performance. The individualized programs consist of cardio training, resistance training, plyometrics, and core training. Stephanie will provide you with the necessary tools for success and be there to encourage you every step of the way, but hard work and consistency is expected from each of you.
